Management company, operating 5 locations, is seeking qual. candidate for our Controller position.
Successful candidate should have solid accounting billing bkgd. Duties: full general ledger responsibilities to include managing day-to-day activities of accounts payable/receivable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, vendor correspondence and collections, payroll, fixed asset records, develop and issue timely monthly financial records, manage/coordinate budget review and adherence, assist senior management with planning and forecasting. ($35K-50K)
Quick books Pro and ADP payroll required.
All applicants must pass a national crim. background drug screen. Must be willing to work varied shifts. Light travel required.
